Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
undergone surgery for removal of tumour in urethra and has developed incontinence of urine after surgery.

This is most likely to be due to damage or injury to urethral sphincter during surgery.

There are no medication that can make you continent .

Please consult quantified urologist for clinical assessment and to explore the feasibility of implanting artificial urethral sphincter..The results of this surgery are encouraging to resolve the issue.
