My period is due in 4 days I have trying to conceive but was away for work when I ovulated but had sex 3 days post ovulation! I now have very strange twinges in my right ovary it has been coming and going all day! What could this be
I have done a pregnancy test this afternoon which was negative it may be to early to test

Pregnancy test can be false negative & you can repeat it after one week.
However twinges in ovary is just psychological & if you are having no other symptoms like pain nothing to be worried about it.
