Two months ago I had flu symptoms which lasted two weeks, started with a dry cough. I went to the doctor and was prescribed antibiotics because at that point I had bronchitis. After five days the shortness of breath I had was gone, was feeling better but still had a very itchy throat which made me cough a lot. Then came the dry heaves but not always because I was coughing, sometimes up to six times a day.The nausea would leave after heaving .When I did throw up usually was a thick phlegm. Also prior to the flu had a burning sensation in throat that would rise up and go back down, acid reflux? It's hard to do or go anywhere for fear of throwing up. I no longer have the acid reflux but coughing a lot with itchy throat and throwing up.
