Two Months Ago I Was Received A Tick Bite On

Two months ago I was received a tick bite on my collar bone (left side) I have had breast cancer on that side and have no lymph glands. It has been horrible and although it has subsided a lot and not so painful and angry it still persists and itches a lot. There is a rash across four inches of my shoulder area. I have used colloidal silver for pneumonia and it works and a friend said I should use it for the tick bite. Do I take it and what size dose or should I apply it to the area. With the hot weather the itch is very awkward and I do sometimes scratch through clothing. I have applied in the past tea tree oil, aloe vera, tea tree cream, chickweed ointment, Bepanhen cream. I thin I need anti bacterial stuff to draw out the poison. Can you help?
