Two Things Occurred Recently. I Stopped Taking Lexapro (my Choice

Two things occurred recently. I stopped taking Lexapro (my choice and with Dr. aware). I was in an accident. Man ran a red light caught my back fender on driver's side, next thing I remember I was hitting the corner of a Taco Bell. Totalled my truck. I was wearing a seat belt and the airbags went off. I did not lose conscious. Minor cut on my leg and bruises. I'm having times where I feel dizzy and have the feeling like getting a migraine. It's been occurring the last three or four days. Accident happened a week and a half ago. Could it be a mild concussion? Or just a side affect from stopping the Lexapro.
