Type 2 Diabetic. On Belly Fat Burning Pills. Is It Safe To Take? Suggest Diet

hi I have been a type 2 diabetic since march of this year I been trying to cope with my new lifestyle with having this disease I have been trying to eat right small portion meals and been trying to stay active but its kinda hard being a mom and going to school I just want to know what kind of diet and belly fat burning pills would be safe for me to take to help me lose weight I m 180 pounds now it seem like I cant lose a pound I been 180 for months now please help me thanks
