Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
You mentioned that your blood sugar level is 250-300 mg /dl after meal i.e. still not under control .
Please mention whether this is due to absence of triglimi tablet or even after using this tablet.
If , even after using this tablet and still Sugar level is high than get 2nd opinion or also add another drug or insulin for control of blood sugar level.
As far as concerned losartan 50 mg , you take it as prescribed your treating physician.
If triglimi is not available ( as pioglitazone is banned) than opt for another drug after consultation with your physician.
Good luck.

Hello,
TRIGLIMMISAVE 2 has glimmipride 2 mg and piozone 15 mg.
Since piozone has been banned by the government, this drug is not available.
You can take a combination of glimmipride 2 mg with metformin 500 but since your blood sugar levels are highly uncontrolled,my advise to you is to consult a diabetologist and get your prescription revised.
It is very important to keep a tight and meticulous control on your sugar levels if you want to avoid various types of future micro as well as macro vascular complications.
Keep your blood pressure as well as serum cholesterol levels also in proper control.
Thanks

DEAR SIR/MADAM

WELCOME TO HEALTH CARE MAGIC

TRIGLIMISAVE 2 MG CONTAINS PIOGLITAZONE WHICH IS BANNED BY INDIAN GOVERNMENT, SO IT MIGHT NOT BE AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET IN THE FUTURE.

SO YOU CAN TAKE THE TRIPLE DRUG COMBINATION OF VOGLIBOSE, METFORMIN, GLIMIPRIDE AFTER CONSULTING TREATING DOCTOR.

THANKS
