Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
With the available described details, there appears to least correlation between diabetes and mentioned symptoms.
Do you have vomiting or nausea/ tears and running nose?
What the aggravating and relieving factor for headache?
What is the type of headache?
There could be possibility of migraine; migraine is associated with heaviness in head and eyes.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ neurologist and should go for thorough check up.
You should also go for complete blood count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and CT/ MRI brain imaging.
You should take sumantriptan, naprosyn along with divalproex.
Take proper sleep and avoid tea & coffee.
Take care,
