Type1 Diabetic, Foreskin On Penis Becomes Tight, Irritated, When Pulled Back Small Cuts Appear, Bleed After Intercourse, Masturbation.

The foreskin on my penis becomes tight, irritated, and when pulled back small cuts appear. Sometimes the cracked skin bleeds. Usually after intercourse or masturbation. The only pain I feel is the burning sensation from the torn skin that goes over the head of my penis. I am uncircumcised. I am 25 years old and a type 1 diabetic diagnosed at age 9. This has been happening to me for about 2 years now. The skin heals and when I have intercourse or masturbate the problem reoccurs. Please help

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Retraction of skin over glans is the main problem .
In my opinion there is narrow opening of prepuce in your case .
Since your are a diabetic hence even minor stretching causes abrasion.
This abrasion develops pain in skin . This aggravated in diabetic cases.
In my opinion consult a surgeon and get his opinion .
If opening of prepuce is very narrow then only option will be surgery.
