US Showed Stone In Gallbladder And Aorta Wall. On Antibiotics For H Pylori. Severe Pain With Heaviness And Constipation. Help

Hi, I have had constipation problems for 40 years. I a 55. for the past two years my stomach has felt larger and pants tighter and occasionally some stomach discomfort. Fish oils have helped me to a great extent with constipation but for two months nothing was helping so I have been using cleanse more. Two weeks ago my upper abdomen right under the rib cage started hurting a lot. The doctor said that I may have an inflammed aorta and the ultra sound said I have a stone 1.8 cm? in size in my gallbladder and the aorta wall .5 cm due to possibly aortitis. A CT scan showed my aorta was fine. Two weeks of severe headaches, occasional vomiting, pain in my stomach for a week ( like a wound all over) and now pain in my back and at times pain on my left side of the abdomen and occasional feeling of light UTI is what I have been feeling. 2 days ago I was told I have H pylori and prettry high. 55 when it should not exceed 15. Was given antibiotics for a week.Tired, in pain and at times feel I am pregnant with a heavier stomach and also constipated badly I am unable to figure out what is wrong with me and how to help myself. Please advise. Sorry unable to pay. Wont accept my credit card. Cant understand as i just usedit for amazon and got my books.

Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

You are having symptomatic gall stones. As you have also put on weight in the preceding 2 years, its likely that your symptoms could be due to gall stones, would also suggest hiatus hernia which may be associated with obesity and gall stones.
Presence of symptomatic gall stones that is you have been having pain in right side below the rib cage could be due to inflammation of gall bladder - Cholecystitis.

I would advise you to undergo surgical removal of the gall bladder to prevent complication. Before the planned surgery, the constipation issue has to be addressed thoroughly as its unlikely to improve after Cholecystectomy.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You are aged 55 years, and it is the time of menopause, or near menopause, so due to the harmon defeciency there will be the excess fat deposits, in some areas like stomach, buttocks, etc.
For this from the begening one should be very care full and follow diet controle, and do yoga, exercises, etc.
You have got the gallbladder stone and there will be the gastric pain also accompanied, hence the pain, h pylori may be a coincidence.
You may need to have the gallbladder removed.
Got U.T.I. and treated, so no relation with the pain.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
