Ultrasonography Done. What Are The Findings In The Report?
my mother name is jahanra ali. her ultrasonography report details give u below:
Liver: Liver is mildly enlarged in size (14.4cm). Echotexture liver parenchyma is increased than usual. no focal lesion is seen.
uterus: the uterus is bulky in size (ap - 6.8cm), anteverted in position . multiple hypoechie areas seen in uterus, two in posterior wall and one in anterior wall. largest one measures about 3.9*3.2cm in anterior wall. rest of the myometrium is non-uniform echotexture . cervix is normal 2.3cm.
impression: hepatomegaly with fatty change of liver (grade-II). Two tiny calculi near the left uretero vesical junction. bulky uterus with multiple myoma.

USG report suggests that your mother liver is enlarged in size and she has moderate deposition of fat within the liver cells.
She also has enlarged uterus with multiple fibroids in uterus.There are two fibroids in posterior wall of uterus and single one in anterior wall,largest measuring 3.9 X 3.2 cm in anterior wall.
There are also two tiny calculus near left uretero vesical junction(junction of ureter and urinary bladder).
