Ultrasound Done. What Are The Findings And Required Treatments?
I have frequent urge to urinate my prostate ultrasound is urinary bladder is normally distant and shows normal wall thickness the prevoid urine volume is 259ml and the postvoid is 4.6ml no diverticula intravesical lesion or calculas identified. On abdominal scanning the prostate is borderline enlarged in size 4.8 x 3.1 x 3 cm corresponding to a volume of 24 cc. Impression borderline prostatomegaly with insignificant postvoid residue i am getting homeopathic treatment because all the antibiotics did not work my doctor do not recommend surgery. Any suggestions please
