Ultrasound Done During 28th Week Of Pregnancy. Are My Reports Normal?

Hi, am 22year old and am 28 weeks 6 days pregnant. I had an ultrasound scan which shows bpd 70mm, fl 54mm, ac 240mm, fetal movements: good, fetal heart pulsations: good, fetal heaet rate 137bpm, presentation: unstable, placenta: posterior, grade: 2. Liquor is adequate and no gross congenital anamolies. What these reports mean? Is my baby is healthy and having a proper weight gain?? Thanks
