General & Family Physician, Dr. Lohit K's Response
Hi this refers that you are suffering from poly cystic ovarian syndrome and may be in the phase of menses (bleeding phase of menstrual cycle: Endometrium appears to contain blood). This needs to be treated using hormones to regularize your cycles and also get checked for blood sugar level and fasting lipid profile to know if any associated problem.
Now consult your gynecologist to discuss on the management of current problem.
Hope this helps you.
Regards
