Ultrasound Report Showing Positive Pregnancy. Negative Pregnancy Test Report On Blood Test. Which Is Correct?

Hi my name is tattiana, i did a home pregnancy test and i went in to the walkin both test came back positive, now i also got blood test done (it came back negative) and an ultrasound (which the nurse said "no baby") i am about 4 weeks late on my period.., and i was wondering if an ultrasound and blood test could be wrong?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
No, usually the ultrasound and blood tests are more reliable that the urine tests.
Sometimes urine pregnancy test kits can give false positive results.

If you are not satisfied with the ultrasound, wait for one more week.
And repeat the scan by either radiologist or by gynecologist.
If they exclude the pregnancy, you can go for withdrawal bleeding.
