Both overies are bulky in size and show multiple follicles arranges peripherally with echogenic stroma. The right ovary measures 8.1 Cc in volume. The level overy measures 7.4 cc in . Follicle in right overy with internal echoes with mild free fluid in POD.
Hello, You have bulky ovaries and peripherally arranged multiple follicles. The bulky uterus is usually due to Poly cystic ovarian disease / syndrome (PCOD / PCOS) This may lead to infertility. Have all your hormone analyses including thyroid hormone and take proper treatment Meanwhile, after consultation with a gynecologist - you can take birth control hormonal pills, which control the follicles in the ovaries. Within two to three months can reduce all the follicles in the ovaries and then you can try to conceive. You have free fluid in the pelvic floor, that shows infection of pelvic floor which needs separate treatment with Antibiotic. You need not worry. infertility is the only problem which can be solved by proper management. Even though bulky uterus is common in cystic ovarian disease it has to be evaluated fully. Best wishes
