Ultrasound Shows Normal Anteverted Uterus With Thin Endometrium. Is There Any Chances Of Pregnancy?

hi!,im 24 years old,this the result of my ultrasound. The uterus is anteverted with regular contour and homogeneous myometrium. There are no myometrical masses seen. The cervix is closed and inhomogeneous. The endometrium is thin and hyperechoic with intact endomyometrical interface. The right ovary is lateral to the uterus and contains follicles. The left ovary is lateral to the uterus and contains a thick walled, unilocular cystic. There is no fluid in the cul de sac. Normal sized anteverted uterus with thin and intact endometrium. Normal right ovary. Cystic structure, as described. Consider corpus luteum versus an endometriotic focus left. what happen to me?please helpe there is a chance that i can be pregnant? Thank you

As per your ultrasound report everything seems to be normal. ..the onky concern here is thin endometrium but you have not mentioned how thin....lije a normal endometrium considered to be good for holding pregnancy is around 10 mm but endometrium between 7 to 10 mm can be improved by medications. ...another factor is whether its a triple line endometrium and good vascularity or not?? Nowadays there are a lot of medications that can help you conceive with a moderately good endometrium as well....atrophic endometrium is between 2 to 4 mm which has the least response. ..pls consult an infertility specialist who can help prime your endometrium for pregnancy. ...you r very young...dont worry you will be able to conceive....
