Unable To Breathe After Stroke And Heart Attack

I recently hd a stroke and heart attack. Have been employed most of my life doctor won t release to go back to work. I ve used all my sick leave and now applying for long time disabilties through my work. I here they usually reject claims. Any way there is whole lot of other stuff going on to the point I feel as if I will die from not being able to breath. I have no one to talk with and can t afford counseling. I am slowly giving up help.

Thank you for posting this question. I can understand that you have had a stroke and heart attack in the recent past. May be the difficulty in breathing is more a mental issue. Try to socialise a bit , may be with your friends , neighbours or family members.You need to speak out all your thoughts. If you at all find none, pick up a pen and paper and write out what you feel. You will feel better. Every cloud has a silver lining. You are not alone. You will definitely come out of this. You can ask any other question.
