Unable To Conceive. Hormone Analysis, Laparoscopy Done. Diagnosed Of A Retroverted Uterus. On Clomid & Puregon Shots. Is It Serious? Treatment?
Good day doc. Have been married for 3yrs. I'm 33yo now. My husband and i has been trying to conceive since then. My hormone assay exams wer normal as well as my husbands semen analysis. My attending doctor suspected that i had endometriosis & that i need to undergo laparoscopy (but it didnt appear in all my tvs results)except that my uterus is retroverted. Should i consider it a problem? I have been taking clomid for several times already and puregon shots too. Now i am scheduled to have hsg nextweek. Any advice from you is such a big help for us. Thank you.
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
You go for hysterosalpingography according to according to your schedule.
If the tubes are patent no need to worry.
As you are not getting pregnancy even after many cycles of ovulation induction, sometimes laparoscopy can help in finding the cause for your problem.
You once go for anti-phaspholipid antibodies if not yet done.
