Unable To Get Enough Sleep With Harder Heart Beats, Fluttering And Stress. Is This Normal ?
I've been kind of stressed out lately and I also haven't been getting enough sleep, I've noticed that my heart has been beating harder and faster than normal and it's starting to worry me, I just want to know if its normal for that to happen if you've been stressed and not getting enough sleep and also today I was sitting on the couch and my heart felt like it was fluttering and when that happens I start coughing, is that normal?
I went through the description. I suggest you not to worry much. When stress becomes overwhelming, the body mechanism reacts and the symptoms mentioned by you is possible. Stress and anxiety do create harder and sometimes faster heartbeats.
But you need to confirm that the case is stress. Do consult a physician to confirm. If it is due to stress, you should learn relaxation techniques like breathing and meditation.
You might need psychological counseling., I am more than happy to provide telephone psychological counseling through healthcaremagic. Contact me through customer care, www.healthcaremagic.com.
