Unable To Pull Foreskin Down, Bleeding While Rubbing Over Skin. Antibiotics Not Helping. Treatment?

Hi DR I have an issue my foreskin cannot be pulled down, it basically has a very small opening at the tip. This has been like this for about 2 years now. Antibiotics have not helped and the problem is it itches a lot under my foreskin and I cannot pul it down at all and wash. I rub it over the skin and blood comes out the front of my penis. What can I do?

Urologist 's  Response
Good Day!

I would suggest doing a circumcision so the dirt and smegma wouldn't accumulate in the penis. This accumulated smegma is a risk factor also for penile cancer development.

Thank You.

General & Family Physician Dr. Ramesh M.Vachharajani's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having phymosis.
Due to not averting your foreskin there might be collection of smegma as cleaning under foreskin is difficult.
Go for circumcision operation.
Ok and take care.
