Unable To Remember Things And Not Able To Concentrate For Even Few Hours
iam a male and my age is 25 , recently iam forgetting what people told me and sometimes i cannot remember things which i have done , things like that switching on/off the lights and like things but i cannot remember them. i observed those things when i woke up from sleep. now a days i cannot concentrate for atleast few hours on reading. please help me
There are different possible causes for memory loss and decreased attentiveness. You may first want to note if there are any additional symptoms along with the memory impairment. Symptoms such as difficulty sleeping, change in appetite, change in mood, fatigue, anxiety or stress.
Impaired attention and memory may be related to : sleep deprivation, inadequate diet, depression, anxiety, head injury, infections, dementia, some hormonal conditions, stroke.
If the problem continues then you may want to visit your doctor for an assessment.
