Unable To Restrict Hunger While Losing Weight For Knees So How To Proceed?
My health requires it as do my knees. I am uncomfortable in my clothes and feel bloated. I've tried to lose weight, but, I am ravenous. In the past, when I tried to lose weight I was successful . I lost one pound a week. That was fine. These days, I'm too hungry to restrict my hunger. Not sure how to proceed. I want to lose at least 10 pounds because I know I'll feel better.
It is very normal to feel hungry but you can have 5 small meals instead of two big ones. 1.Replace tea and coffee with green tea and vegetable juices. 2Consume atleast 3-4 servings of fruits daily 3.Exercise atleast 45 mins daily 4.Have carbs only for lunch and avoid carbs during dinner.
For a complete diet plan i would need your parameters such as height,weight,age and medical reports if any.
