Unable To Retract Penis Foreskin During Intercourse, Small Cuts On Foreskin Edges. Treatment?

Hello Doctor, For last one year , my foreskin over my pennis is not having free movement. During Erection , then skin cannot be stretched behind and causing a lots of Pain. The edge of the foreskin is very soft now and dry... after erection i could see some small cuts in the foreskin edges

You have not mentioned your age in your query. Based on facts it looks like that you have what is called as Phimosis.Are you diabetic? Get your blood sugar levels on empty stomach and 2 hours after lunch done to rule out Diabetes as this is one of the presenting symptoms of Diabetes.If it turns out to be positive you have to consult some physician for proper treatment and monitoring of the same..As regards treatment for Phimosis you have to consult some surgeon and get Circumcised.
