Unable To Sleep, Fatigue, Overweight. History Of Being Treated For BP. Present BP 90/50. Any Diet Advice?

I have low blood, can't sleep or rest at any time and extremely tired. One of the things I would like to know is the kind of foods to eat. I am about 15 pounds overweight. I recently buried my mother this past June 2013. Before her death I was being treated for high blood pressure. It was always a little above. Just this past Tuesday, it was 90/50.

Dear patient,

I believe that perhaps you may require a lower dose of your blood pressure medications, given the numbers that you share with us. Low blood pressure predisposes to fatigue, dizziness and fainting. Depending on the medication you are using it may affect your sleep. I encourage you to re-visit your blood pressure medications with your primary doctor for adjustment.

Yours truly,
