Unable To Swallow After Major Oral Surgery. Can I Take Trigestral By Crushing It In Liquid?

hi, i have just had quite major oral surgery which has meant that I have not been able to swallow and so have not taken my Trigestral tablets for 3 days. 2 days would have been white pills and 1 yellow. What should I do now? I can still only have liquids through a straw but I would be able to crush pills and put them in the liquid? I am on these pills mainly to regulate my cycle which was very poor before. i am 19 years old. Thank you for your advice.
