Unable To Touch Fingertip Together, Joint, Bone, Muscles Pain. Suggestions?

I'm a 25 yr old female. At least once a day i can't touch my fingertips together. When i do i get a weird sensation that takes all the strength away. I have several symptoms of MS but no lesions.i also have unexplained TIA'S. Constantly tired and have joint, bone and muscle pain. I'm a very active athlete. Any ideas? I can't afford to have too many more test run

Thanks for query on hcm.
To start proper medicines ,you have to go for certain investigations like cbc,esr,rbs,thyroid,b12,d3,calcium,ra factor.
Start treatment accordingly.
You can take nsaid orally as well as locally to subside pain.
B12,calcium,d3,minerals and other vitamins will be definitely helpful.
Complete course of intra muscular injections of b12,folic acid is advisable.
Consult your physician for proper guidance,diagnosis and medical management.
