Unaligned Eyes, Reading A Lot, Not Sleeping Enough. Help

I have always had great eyesight. However, I saw a recent photo of me looking off into the distance and my eyes seem unaligned. I asked a friend if my eyes looked cockeyed, and she said they look normal until I space out , and thats when she says one eye moves away from the other. I don t think I ve ever had this problem. However, I am going to law school and have a large amount of reading to do on a weekly basis, and have not been getting sufficient 8 hr/day sleep. When I look directly at something nothing happens, but sometimes I ll feel like my eyes are spacing out. Please help me.

Hi
You are probably overworking your eye muscles and are in certain Lind of stress.
There is a eye condition called latent squint which becomes manifest under stress over the body, general debility and eye muscle strain.this is probably the case with you. Kindly get a complete eye checkup including orthotic checkup and muscle balance check. Improve upon diet, reduce stress and take proper sleep. Eye exercises recommended by eye specialist will take care of the problem.
Take care
