Uncontrollable Twitching In Right Hand. Breast Cancer Survivor

My mother is 76 and has developed an uncontrollable twitching in her right hand. Her primary care physician, chiropractor and oncologist (she is a breast cancer survivor), have all told her that they feel it is nothing to worry about. It concerns me because it seems to be getting worse. It is mainly whenever her arm is just hanging freely? She is very active and in very good health otherwise.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The twitching that you are having can be due to a vitamin B 12 diagnosed with a few bdeficiency, fluid or electrolyte imbalance or a muscle weakness in the area. This can be diagnosed with a few simple tests.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
