Under The Skin Pimple Gone Wrong ,please Give Me Your Suggestion

I had what looked like a under the skin pimple I popped. Now it has turned black and the skin around it is red and solid

Are you sure that it was a pimple? Is it bright red now or purplish red? Get the area examined by your doctor and take necessary treatment before things get out of control and it gets infected,.
