Undergoing MTP Process Through Mifepristone And Misoprostol, Have CBC Result. Can Any Online Doctor Help?

In my CBC, the following three results are outside of the normal range. I am currently undergoing MTP process through Mifepristone and Misoprostol. After two rounds of medication, I still have residual matter in the uterus and have been suggested a suction evacuation TCL is 11.0 MCH is 33.5 RDW is 14.7

You have Iron deficiency anemia. You should take ferrous ascorbate tab bid for 1 month, then rpt cbc.
