Undergoing Tubectomy. Why Did I Have Bleeding Post Sex?

Hi, I m 29yr old female with 2kids. Had undergone Tubectomy immediately after 2nd child birth by c-section an year and half ago. I ve had regular periods till August-last month.Didn t get any till now. I had a very small amout of bleeding after sex in the month of Aug-soon after which i got period normally on time. Is this something to worry about?I ve heard about Tubectomy failures and I dont want another child. Please help me.

Post tubectomy slight enlargement of the uterus called bulky uterus is common. Get an usg done, this will resolve your fears about another pregnancy or cause of post coital bleeding.
