Undergone Laproscopic Surgery For Ectopic Pregnancy. When To Start Taking Dronis And Its Dosage?

hi i have recently undergone laproscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy.There is a simple cyst in right ovary.I am advised to take Dronis 20 fron 2nd day of period and 21 tablets by the doctor.However on taking 2nd opinion by another doctor i have been advised to take Dronis from 3rd day of Period.The pack consists of 24 tablets.I am confused as to when to start it and whether to take 21 tablets or 24 tablets.
