Undergone Microdiscectomy, Currently On Bed Rest, Physiotherapy Exercises. When Can I Resume Normal Activities?

I have done L4- L5 Microdiscectomy on lumbar- spine one month back ( Reason: Disc Extrusion). Currently I am taking bed rest and following up physiotherapy exercises. When can i resume to sexual activities, jogging and playing tennis.
