I am sorry if you were looking for a particular doctor but this is a public forum and I just chose to answer this question for you. There are two ways to gain weight:
1. Eat right - and healthy. Which might mean that you need to consult a nutritionist.
2. Exercise regularly - 4 times a week for 30-40 min per session and it should include both cardio and weights which will increase your appetite and thus make you gain weight.
Also depression can contribute to weight loss. I hope you get a psychiatric assessment so as to make sure that you get yourself the right medications to help with the anxiety surrounding weight and also help with weight gain. I hope you get yourself on the track to recovery and a healthy weight as soon as you can. I hope this helped. I do not think that your vision has anything to do with your weight. However I am glad you are able to see well now with the help of an ophthalmologist.
Take care and have a lovely day!
