Undiagnosed Social Anxiety, Lips, Cheek Twitching, Lost Control On Facial Muscles. Solution?
My undiagnosed social anxiety is... somewhat easy for me to overcome, except for on occasions like today. Today, I wasn't feeling particularly anxious but then my face went into a weird smile, where my lips were twitching and my cheeks were too. It was embarrassing because the whole class was watching me, but I've had no prior experiences like this; I'm normally great at talking to large groups it's normally small groups I'm un comfortable with, I just lost control of my facial muscles
Hi, it appears that you will not have any comment pointing to you or any person particularly. It would have happened that previously some time back you had a bad experience in the small group. So when ever you are in small groups, you may get this discomfert. I advise you to consult a psychologist for diagnosis and treatment. I also advise you to practice yoga, meditation, reading books of your interest, and hearing music. Thank you.
