Uneasiness In Ear. Ears Clear. Experience Dizziness Like Vertigo. BP Normal. Possible Reason?

I am visitor from India and I have no medical history. suddenly a week back i got some unesiness in ear i.e I felt that there may be some fluid but when my wife examined my ears and said everything is clear to the naked eye, but suddeny today morning i felt dizziness while getting up from the bed an experience similar to vertigo. I am able to walk normally. My BP was also normal when I checked in INDIA A MONTH BACK. Kindly guide me

Vertigo can be due to inner ear problem might be due to infection or inflammation . External ear might appear normal even in inner ear problem . naked eye external ear examination wil not be helpful . My recommendation would be consult Ent specialist so that he can examine physically and guide you in further management.
