Hi today is Saturday .Wednesday after noon t trimmed my penis shaft an all around because i was going to have sex Thursday morning .Thursday comes around i have sex with a girl i use a condom.after a couple of minutes i go soft because i can't feel anything .i ask if i can take it off and she agrees.we have sex then we do anal.I've done anal before but this time i ejaculated in her anus for my first time.now all the times before i would go wash my penis off with hot water and hope.i didn't do it this time around for some reason waiting till the night.i felt fine.i woke up like i had carpet burn on my penis .then later followed with my penis itching and penis stinging on the inside of my four skin.im not circum sized.now i have red dots and bumps all over my shaft,pubic area,top of my scrotum and between my scrotum and thy.what can this be.

I understand your concerns. Firstly having unprotected sex and that too anal sex is a high risk stance that you have taken for having intercourse. It is not uncommon to have STIs as a result of these methods used for intercourse. I believe that you may need to get tested for sexually transmitted infections since you are having these symptoms that indicate that you most probably have herpes along with probably a urinary tract infection. I believe you must consult a local doctor to help with obtaining a detailed history and get a physical examination done as well as laboratory testing and potentially imaging studies to find out what may be going on in the genital region to have it treated.
