Unprotected Sex, Lower Abdominal Pain, Excessive Gas, Loss Of Appetite. Treatment?
Hi I just had sex for the first time ever with my boyfriend and well its been a couple days now and we didn t use a condom and we did it twice an now I have like this pressure in my lower abdominals and I feel like I have to go bathroom and its just gas and I haven t been hungry either like I just don t have.an appetite can you tell me what this might be?
Lower abdominal pain associated with intercourse can be caused by urinary tract infection or pregnancy. Pregnancy rather does not give symptoms so early so urinary tract infection seems most probable. You should also have frequent urinating, burning while urinating. Nausea, fever and loss of appetite can be also present. I suggest you to have urine analysis at first. If no infection will be present, please see gynecologyst. Pregnancy test can negative in first weeks so you need to wait with it. In case of urinary tract infection, antibiotic needs to be prescribed. You should also drink plenty of mineral water and start cranberries supplementation.
Hope this will help. Regards.
