Dear Doctor, My wife had a baby in 23 May-12 by c-section. I did unsafe sex with wife and her mansion expected 10th Sep-12, after completing her mansions cycle. She is feeding mother and i am really worried about my son and wife’s health. We already have 3 children and don t want any more pregnancy. Please guide me how we can handle this pregnancy moreover we don t want our son could be effected by abortion . Regards
