Upon Driving Back From A Restaurant, Feel Itchy All Over. Have Small Bumps. Bathed In Epsom Salt. Still Itching. Treatment?

I'm 73 years old, male and in good health. Upon driving back from a restaurant, on the coast, about 2:30I started itching - first my head, then neck, then chest, arms then all over. I detected many small bumps on my scalp and when I got home found bumps on most of my body. I took a warm bath in epsom salts and scrubbed my head with a danduff shampoo, which caused tingling, but seemed to east the itching of my scalp. It now 4:40 and I'm still itching. Any thoughts? I live in SE North Carolina. Thnanks Jim Crane

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some allergy, might be due to some food allergy.
Take Cetrizine or Levo-cetrizine or Benadryl tablet.
This will give you relief within an hour.
Ok and take care.
