Upper Stomach Bloated An Hurts. Feel Of A Lump When Pressed. Diagnosis?

Hi
this happen at night sometimes but it is getting quite often lately.
my upper stomach is very bloated and it hurts. This would drag on for between 2-3 hours in the night that I can't sleep. If I can pass out wind then I'll feel better but most of the time I can't pass out wind. When I press my stomach I can feel lump in there. What happen to me?

the hyperacidity can be due to digestive problems
seem to me gall bladder which has the same symptomps get ultrasound abdomen to find the cause and consult gastroenterologist for treatment
till use antacids
warm water
low protein diet
nonspicy non oily and non greesy food
add antacids tds and antispasmodic tab sos for pain
