hi.. last night i felt like i needed to urinate.. like the feeling u get when u have held it in for a long time but when i try go nothing comes out. its still the sme this morning (just a little dribble came out) its very uncomfortable.. lots of pressure on my stomach . also when i wipe there is a tiny amount of blood on the tissue
If you say you have trouble initiating urination and also blood per urethra, you should take an urgent consultation of your urologist or a physician and look for retention.

You will need a sonography of the KUB region.
The discomfort seems to be due to urine retention due to some block there. Usually a prostate in a male.
