the result of my urinalysis is: color: straw transparency: hae ph: 0.5 specefic gravity:1.020 microscopic examination: pus cells:3-7occ rbc:0.2 occ crystals: amorphous urates: few squamous cells: many bacteria: few mucus threads: many dr. wat is my condition? it is n normal range or not? the chemical test performed are reducing sugar which is negative and protein qualitative is trace... can you please xplain that to me doctor?
Hello Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your report of urine analysis revealed presence of bacteria,pus cells and rbc suggesting UTI .
Please get your urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.and later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
