Urine Analysis: Bacteria-light,urine Blood-small,leuko-small And Epith C-heavy

I am 62 female 5'4" 157lbs take furusomide, potassium, Losartan, simvastatin lots of vitamins and feel great!! urine test LEUKO -small EPITH C - Heavy/HPF URINE BACTERIA - light/HPF COLOR - yellow CLARITY - yellow URINE BLOOD - small URINE GLUCOSE - negative all other in range I have no symptoms of anything wrong Should I be worried?
