The pus cell in your urine is very high. Increased number of pus cells may reveal some destructive or healing process in the urinary tract, anywhere from kidney to the bladder. It usually is taken as indicative of an infection Amorphous Urates/Phosphates Moderate:this is a common finding and is usually not significant and may be diet related however urates may sometimes suggest high serum uric acid levels. So you can get that checked. Your report suggests that you are suffering from urinary tract infection. You need Culture and sensitivity of urine so that appropriate antibiotics can be given.
