Urine Analysis Done. What Does The Result Interpret?

Hi, I have done urinalysis and these are the results, can u please explain what are the meaning of these:
color: yellow
apperance: hazy
reaction: 7.5
specific gravity: 1.010
protein: negative
sugar: negative
pus cells: loaded
red blood cells: 0-2
epithelial/renal cells: few
am. urates/ phosphates: few
mucus threads: rare
bacteria: few

Hi,
Urine reports shows that you are having acute urinary tract infection.
You may require one antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor.
Take plenty of water to flush out infection fast.
