Hi , welcome to HCM
ON basis of lab report it appears that you have mild urinary tract infection. There are just few pus cells seen.
You should consult your doctor and start antibiotics , after copletion of treatment again do repeat urine examination.
If possible please memtion your complaints if you want more help.
Thanking you.
Dear Hari Om, hello.
Your urine report is absolutely normal except indication of few traces of albumin in urine.
Albumin is a protein which is normally absent in urine. Its presence in urine can be due to damage in kidney. But traces of it are of not much significance. Repeat urine examination after some weeks because persistent albumin in urine in atleast two samples taken with few weeks gap shows damage in kidney has started if no other cause is present.
Other causes of albumin in urine are:-
1. Diabetes Mellitus
2. Hypertension (increased blood pressure)
3. Illness
4. Heavy Exercise
5. Urinary Tract Infection
6. Smoking
7. Standing upright for long
So, dear Hari Om, your present report has nothing significant. You can have a repeated sample after few weeks.
Thanks.
