Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi Friend I am Dr Bilal and I am an Ophthalmologist
Welcome to Health Care Magic and thanks for writing to us .
I would like to answer your question and your satisfaction is my goal .

First of all , i would like to tell you that there is nothing to be worried about . These tiny white spots inside your eyelids are basically the eyelid glands . There are about 30 to 40 glands in each upper and lower eye lid . These glands produce a thick liquid secretion that is discharged into the tear film of the eye for the stability of tear film . This liquid is a mixture of oil and mucus and is called sebum. The liquid acts to lubricate the surface of the eye. The tiny openings of each of these oil or sebaceous glands are just behind the lid lashes at the lid margins and it has nothing to do with your colored contacts .
I hope you will find my answer helpful .
Best Regards .
