norflox tz is used for stomach infection as well as urine infection ?

norflox TZ contains, norfloxacin and tinidazole, antibiotic plus antihelminthic, given in case of gastroenteritis, where parasital infestation is suspected.Tinidazole is not required for urine infections.

Norflox TZ is used for Gastroenteritis(loose motions), not for urine infection. If you want to treat urine infection just Norflox is enough. No need for TZ in Norflox.
